Dosage Recommendation

To prepare a protein shake from Recharge Protein F95, mix approximately 2 tablespoons of the powder (20 g) with 250 ml of water or milk (tip: it tastes better with milk; when using milk, consider its nutritional values).

You can consume 1 to 4 of these shakes per day, depending on your needs.

Preparation: Protein Recharge contains a high glutamine content, whose base material is difficult to dissolve. It is recommended to use an electric mixer. The solubility of a protein powder does not indicate its quality.

Sensationell!
Das Produkt ist nicht nur von guter Qualität, es ist auch sehr schmackhaft.
Mein Schwager ist Italiener und hatte seit über einem Jahr Schmerzen in der Wade und einen starken Muskelabbau. Er ging zu mehreren Fachärzten, unter anderem zu einem, der auf Sportmedizin spezialisiert ist. Ich habe ihm Naturheilmittel aus Deutschland geschickt, aber nichts hat geholfen. Dann schickte ich ihm den BWG Recharge Protein F95 Vegan Shake und innerhalb weniger Tage hatte er keine Schmerzen mehr und seine Muskeln waren wieder aufgebaut. Sensationell!

Cokis Cream
Ich nehme diese Artikel schon seid 4.Jahren. Und fühle mich auf jeden Fall fitter,ausgeglichener. Die Tages Müdigkeit verschwand restlos.und auch die Schmerzen im Lendenbereich(Bandscheibenvorfall) wurden von Zeit zu Zeit immer weniger.Gut jetzt war ich etwas enttäuscht da ich immer Vanille nahm es nirgendwo gibt. Ich nahm als Alternative die Cokis Cream,ganz ehrlich ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Geschmack ein komplett anderer. Ich tendiere lieber wieder Vanille.
