One concept: Sports nutrition for anyone who values physical fitness and a good appearance. With the BWG Recharge Protein product, you get the promise of carefully selected ingredients, nutrient-friendly production, and the highest quality.
The Recharge Protein product is exclusively produced in Germany.
What do proteins do in the body? Proteins, such as those contained in Recharge Protein, contribute to protein synthesis and thus muscle building. Proteins contribute to an increase in and maintenance of muscle mass.
Note on protein selection: Proteins that serve both anabolic purposes and regeneration promotion are usually designed today as protein combinations (multi-component proteins). Animal proteins are preferably used when the highest possible anabolic effect is desired. Plant proteins have high levels of glutamine, aspartic acid, and arginine and are preferred after intense stress. Purely plant-based proteins or multi-component proteins with a high plant protein content, as well as pure egg protein, differ in taste from pure milk proteins such as whey protein.

Dosage Recommendation
To prepare a protein shake from Recharge Protein F95, mix approximately 2 tablespoons of the powder (20 g) with 250 ml of water or milk (tip: it tastes better with milk; when using milk, consider its nutritional values).
You can consume 1 to 4 of these shakes per day, depending on your needs.
Preparation: Protein Recharge contains a high glutamine content, whose base material is difficult to dissolve. It is recommended to use an electric mixer. The solubility of a protein powder does not indicate its quality.

Wheat protein and soy protein isolate are two popular plant-based protein sources widely used in the fitness and nutrition industries. Here are some key points about each
Wheat Protein:
- Wheat protein is derived from wheat and is a good option for vegans and vegetarians seeking plant-based protein sources.
- It is rich in L-glutamine, an amino acid important for muscle regeneration and the immune system.
- Wheat protein also contains a good amount of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), crucial for muscle building and recovery post-workout.
- Due to its high glutamine content, wheat protein is sometimes preferred by individuals recovering from intense exercise or looking to build muscle mass.
- Wheat protein is typically kosher and suitable for vegans.
Soy Protein Isolate:
- Soy protein isolate is derived from soybeans and is a complete protein source, as it contains all nine essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own.
- It is an excellent option for vegans and vegetarians, as well as individuals with lactose intolerance or milk allergies.
- Soy protein isolate is rich in L-glutamine and BCAAs, making it an ideal choice for muscle building and recovery.
- It has an excellent amino acid profile and is often considered a reference protein for plant-based proteins.
- Soy protein isolate is a versatile ingredient and can be used in a variety of foods and beverages, from protein shakes to baked goods.
Both proteins are good options for individuals seeking plant-based protein sources, offering a range of health benefits including muscle regeneration, post-workout recovery, and support for an active Lifestyle.
