Rice protein
Rice protein is purely vegetable and is obtained from whole grain rice. Rice contains not only carbohydrates but also a particularly high-quality protein.
Rice protein obtained by natural germination and fermentation contains natural beta-carotene, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin D, vitamin C ( ascorbic acid ), vitamin E, folic acid, biotin, choline and inositol. Directions for use
Recommended use: To prepare a protein shake, mix about 3 tablespoons of the powder (35g) with 350 ml of water or milk (tip with milk it tastes tastier, if you use milk, its nutritional values must be added). You can consume 1 to 4 of the resulting shakes a day, depending on your needs. Use them either as a snack or take them directly after your workout.
