Water, protein hydrolysate (31.5%), L-glycine, acidifier (citric acid), flavor, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweeteners (sodium cyclamate, acesulfame K, saccharin), emulsifier (E 471), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

An increased need for amino acids, e.g. due to weight training or competitive sports in general, can be covered by protein hydrolysate supplements. In the morning after getting up, directly after training or before going to bed are the most favorable times of day for the consumption of amino concentrates. Stir 2 tablespoons (25 ml) of the concentrate into 250 ml of water for consumption. Concentrate should be taken only in diluted form.
